California Licensed Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of large market accounts, the full-time California Licensed Commercial Account Manager will provide customer service, support business development efforts, and mentor staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Fosters and manages client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Supports Producers in developing new business opportunities and initiates the renewal process for existing clients
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, and prepares proposals while ensuring policy accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Eight (8) or more years of related work experience
• Valid insurance license with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
