Job Summary
Providing high-quality account service to small business clients, the remote California Licensed Commercial Account Manager will manage client accounts, assist with policy inquiries, and conduct renewal processes while working within Pacific Time Zone hours.
Key responsibilities
- Process applications, policies, endorsements, and other client-related items accurately and timely
- Assist clients with policy coverage questions and conduct renewal processes, including market comparisons and negotiations
- Maintain client files and provide administrative support, ensuring high levels of trust and communication with clients
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Two or more years of experience in a mid-size brokerage or insurance carrier
- Fire and Casualty Broker License required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and work effectively in a team environment
