Job Summary
Supporting mid-market commercial client accounts, the full-time California Licensed Commercial Account Manager will manage renewals, coordinate with Producers, and ensure operational accuracy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a key service partner for assigned commercial lines clients, supporting retention and long-term relationships
- Coordinate closely with Producers to manage renewals and new business activity
- Prepare policy change requests, certificates, binders, and other insurance documents while maintaining organized electronic records
Required qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Experience in managing commercial lines accounts
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance guidelines
- Proficiency in preparing insurance applications and proposals
- Commitment to ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure
