California Licensed Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting mid-market commercial client accounts, the full-time California Licensed Commercial Account Manager will manage renewals, coordinate with Producers, and ensure operational accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key service partner for assigned commercial lines clients, supporting retention and long-term relationships
• Coordinate closely with Producers to manage renewals and new business activity
• Prepare policy change requests, certificates, binders, and other insurance documents while maintaining organized electronic records

Required qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License
• Experience in managing commercial lines accounts
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance guidelines
• Proficiency in preparing insurance applications and proposals
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure
