Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraiser - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts appraisal services in a regulatory compliant, cost-effective, and timely manner
• Reviews appraisal service schedules for completeness with internal valuation policies and procedures
• Engages fee appraisers to perform appraisal services as needed and performs reviews of appraisal reports

Required Qualifications

• University degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant work experience required; 5+ years preferred
• Experience in managing appraisal assignments and processes
• Ability to review and analyze appraisal reports
• Experience in coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals
