Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney (US West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various commercial agreements, including vendor and SaaS agreements
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal aspects of marketing campaigns and contract terms
• Develop and implement contract templates and best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as in-house counsel focusing on commercial matters in the tech industry
• J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of SaaS licensing, data privacy/security, and AI-related contractual issues
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
