Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements and government-facing contracts
• Support HR and company policy updates across new jurisdictions
• Assist with share conversion work following the transition from public to private ownership

Required Qualifications

• Experience with government contracts or defense-adjacent agreements
• Strong knowledge of California law
• Experience in mechanical engineering, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing industries
• Prior experience at a startup or supporting a growth-stage company
