Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney with Consumer Product Licensing Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and advise on merchandise licensing transactions and related IP-driven commercial agreements
• Review production and talent agreements, analyze chain of title and merchandising rights
• Prepare clear, business-facing rights guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of significant legal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department
• Strong experience negotiating intellectual property agreements, particularly license agreements
• California Bar membership is required
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume, high-priority projects with minimal supervision
• Experience working independently under tight deadlines in a team environment
