Job Summary
To support a pharmaceutical/biotech organization, a full-time remote Commercial Contract Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements while providing legal guidance for product launch and post-launch activities.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including distribution and marketing services contracts
- Support legal needs across product launch and post-launch commercial activities
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Required qualifications
- J.D. and active U.S. bar membership
- 5+ years of commercial legal experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience
- Demonstrated support of launch and post-launch commercial operations
- Experience with Conga CLM is a plus
