• Draft, review, and manage standardized agreements and contract templates
• Facilitate transactional workflows and prepare, negotiate, and assess manufacturing supply agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and optimize contract strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate counsel or a related legal field
• Must be a barred attorney, preferably with active California Bar admission
• Strong expertise in drafting and managing contracts and transactional workflows
• Familiarity with business and commercial law
• Experience handling commercial agreements and contracts
