Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team on a part-time contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including marketing and vendor agreements
• Support multiple apparel brands entering the US market and manage athlete/influencer contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct legal research to provide practical legal opinions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial law, preferably in the apparel or sporting goods industry
• Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance issues
• Familiarity with regulatory issues, including sustainable packaging
• Ability to work independently through the redlining process and collaborate with external legal partners
• Some exposure to data privacy matters is preferred
