Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Finance Attorney with Franchise Experience (In-House; Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and interpret agreements related to franchise financing
• Handle issues related to collateral and perfection
• Assess asset-level risks, including franchise operations and titled assets

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in franchise financing agreements
• Significant experience with collateral and perfection issues
• Strong understanding of asset-level risks
• Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm or large corporate legal department preferred
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
