Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and offboarding clients
- Processing audits, claims, and mid-term policy changes
- Fielding client coverage questions and participating in pre-renewal meetings
Required Qualifications
- Active California Property & Casualty License
- 2-3 years of experience in an Account Manager or Customer Service role within commercial insurance
- Experience with EPIC or a similar agency management system
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 environment
