Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and offboarding clients
  • Processing audits, claims, and mid-term policy changes
  • Fielding client coverage questions and participating in pre-renewal meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Active California Property & Casualty License
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Account Manager or Customer Service role within commercial insurance
  • Experience with EPIC or a similar agency management system
  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 environment
