Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from a top U.S. law school or equivalent
• Admission to practice law in California, New York, or another U.S. state
• 5+ years of experience in contract law at a high growth SaaS or technology company
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and redlining best practices
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations affecting SaaS agreements
