California Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

Focused on managing large, middle-market real estate commercial lines accounts, the full-time California Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will provide exceptional service to clients, handle account maintenance, and collaborate with producers and management in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare submissions for new and renewal business, and ensure accuracy of policies and related documents
• Invoice agency bill transactions promptly and manage client requests, including certificates of insurance and binders
• Evaluate client needs for additional coverage and keep producers informed of account activities

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• California P&C License is required
• Experience in real estate insurance
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products
