Job Summary
Focused on managing large, middle-market real estate commercial lines accounts, the full-time California Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will provide exceptional service to clients, handle account maintenance, and collaborate with producers and management in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare submissions for new and renewal business, and ensure accuracy of policies and related documents
- Invoice agency bill transactions promptly and manage client requests, including certificates of insurance and binders
- Evaluate client needs for additional coverage and keep producers informed of account activities
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- California P&C License is required
- Experience in real estate insurance
- Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products
