Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Commercial Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research complicated legal issues efficiently and competently
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and legal correspondence
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Federal court experience is preferred
• Licensed and in good standing in California
• J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven environment
