A company is looking for a California-Licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney (In-House Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct case analysis and strategy for complex commercial litigation
• Prepare pre-trial pleadings and motions, and represent clients in trial and arbitration
• Focus on breach of contract, real property disputes, consumer claims, and securities class actions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at an AmLaw 200 or sophisticated boutique firm
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Outstanding references
• Licensed and in good standing in California
