Seeking a California-Licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney for a full-time, remote in-house contract engagement, the attorney will manage sophisticated commercial litigation cases, focusing on breach of contract and real property disputes, consumer claims, and securities class actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, from case analysis to trial and arbitration
• Develop and implement litigation strategies related to commercial disputes
• Collaborate with corporate clients to address legal issues and provide expert guidance

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or sophisticated boutique firm
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Outstanding references from prior employers or clients
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in California
