California-Licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a California-Licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney for a full-time in-house contract engagement, this position will manage sophisticated commercial litigation cases, including breach of contract and real property disputes, while working remotely with a preference for candidates residing in Southern California.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage case analysis, strategy development, and pre-trial pleadings and motions through to trial and arbitration
• Focus on complex commercial litigation, including consumer claims and securities class actions
• Collaborate with corporate clients to address and resolve general commercial disputes

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of complex commercial litigation and trial experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated boutique firm
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Outstanding references
• Licensed and in good standing in California
