California Licensed Commercial Loan Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate loans, the full-time California Licensed Commercial Loan Officer will build and manage relationships with borrowers, brokers, and referral partners while identifying lending opportunities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate investors, borrowers, mortgage brokers, and referral sources
• Analyze borrower financial statements and property cash flows to assess creditworthiness and lending opportunities
• Manage the transaction process from initial screening through funding, ensuring timely execution and exceptional client experience

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending or related fields
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate finance and credit analysis
• Experience underwriting and structuring loans secured by income-producing properties
• Established network of commercial real estate borrowers and brokers preferred
