Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Sales Representative specializing in Title Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business within the San Francisco commercial real estate market
• Identify and close commercial transactions in the $7M-$25M range
• Cultivate relationships with attorneys, brokers, lenders, and investors

Required Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school preferred (not required for non-attorney candidates)
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing (if applicable)
• 5+ years of substantive sales or commercial real estate experience
• Strong existing network within the San Francisco commercial real estate community
• Proven success closing $7M-$25M commercial transactions
