Job Summary

California Licensed Commercial Sales Representative, seeks a full-time professional with a strong network in the San Francisco commercial real estate market to drive mid-to-large commercial transactions and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business within the San Francisco commercial real estate market
• Identify and close commercial transactions in the $7M-$25M range
• Cultivate relationships with attorneys, brokers, lenders, and investors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive sales or commercial real estate experience
• Strong existing network within the San Francisco commercial real estate community
• Background in brokerage, commercial services, or related industries preferred
• Valid driver's license required for territory travel
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing (if applicable)
