Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CA Commercial Title Examiner (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Examine chain of title primarily for commercial/industrial properties within California
• Perform title examination of complex title orders requiring a high level of title expertise
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify legal descriptions of properties

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ years of directly related experience
• Multiple state licenses (as required by state) to operate in a broad geographic area
