California Licensed Commercial Title Officer

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Commercial Title Officer, the full-time remote position will manage title commitments, resolve title-related issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards while working during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and identify issues affecting title insurability prior to closing
• Partner with customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title-related issues and facilitate successful closings
• Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain documentation required to clear title defects and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in commercial title, title examination, title curative, or a related title insurance role
• Strong knowledge of title insurance principles and commercial real estate transactions
• Ability to analyze complex title issues and develop effective resolutions
• Proficiency with title production systems and standard business software applications
• Must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours
