Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and serve as first chair on complex commercial class action trials
• Handle casework from early litigation through trial, including depositions and court appearances
• Work closely with internal staff and expert witnesses to build high-impact cases

Required Qualifications:

• Must be barred in California with a deep understanding of the California court system
• 15+ years of litigation experience with a clear progression to first-chair trial work
• Proven history of leading trials to verdict, ideally with multi-million dollar outcomes
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in high-stakes litigation and capable of executing strategies for seven-figure verdicts
