Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Loan Underwriter - Industrial.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial lending opportunities, including working capital lines of credit and equipment finance
• Evaluate creditworthiness of loan applications and make credit recommendations to minimize risk
• Prepare and present credit approval memos in collaboration with relationship managers

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in commercial underwriting
• Previous experience supporting SBA loans (7a, 504, etc.)
• 5+ years of SBA originations underwriting experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of SBA SOPs preferred
• University degree preferred
