Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to support key clients in developing and executing engagement and education strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal pre-renewal Open Enrollment Strategy meetings
• Implement and execute communication plans by providing content, materials, and analysis
• Develop open enrollment timelines and collateral to market employee benefits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in health & welfare benefits, communications, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
• Experience with Canva and Simplebooklet
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Life and Health Producers License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
