Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; certification as a community health worker is preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in community health, social services, or related fields
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must reside in the state of California
• Familiarity with health and social services systems is preferred
