California Licensed Community Health Worker Team Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing community health initiative, the full-time California Licensed Community Health Worker Team Lead will manage a team of Promotoras de Salud, oversee documentation and quality assurance, and coordinate programs and events while working remotely from San Bernardino, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate team performance, providing ongoing training and support
• Ensure timely documentation of activities and implement quality assurance measures
• Coordinate community events and assist with administrative activities related to program changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in social services
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with frontline staff
• Experience working with Medicaid/Medicare
• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
