Job Summary
As a strategic partner in compensation, the hybrid Principal Compensation Analyst will design, develop, and evaluate global compensation programs while collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leadership to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the global annual salary planning process, including merit budget development and implementation
- Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive salary structures and manage participation in global compensation surveys
- Provide data-driven recommendations and oversee the administration of short- and long-term incentive programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 12+ years of compensation and financial analysis experience
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
- Knowledge of federal and state compensation laws, pay equity, and wage-and-hour requirements
- Experience with compensation systems and market surveys
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
