Job Summary
To support the development and administration of compensation programs, the full-time California Licensed Compensation Consultant will analyze pay structures, conduct job and market analysis, and interpret regulatory guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement various compensation programs, including pay for performance and salary structures
- Conduct research and analysis of current and proposed compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Assist in the development of internal policies and standards related to compensation programs
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare and union environment (preferred)
