Job Summary
To support a growing compensation strategy, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will design, analyze, and implement market competitive compensation programs while working remotely in California.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain salary structures, job leveling, and internal pay frameworks
- Conduct market benchmarking and lead internal pay equity reviews to ensure competitiveness
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to guide compensation-related decisions and governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on compensation experience required
- CCP Certification is a plus
- Advanced data and predictive analytics skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Workday
- Strong knowledge of compensation laws and internal equity principles
