California Licensed Compliance Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting Health Plan Risk Adjustment operations, the full-time California Licensed Compliance Consultant will manage government audit readiness, compliance oversight, and internal quality assurance reviews, while working remotely to ensure accurate risk capture and coding integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance activities by partnering with stakeholders and applying regulations to develop strategic initiatives
- Lead compliance reporting efforts, summarizing data and presenting key findings to management
- Drive regulatory compliance by monitoring changes and overseeing implementation of necessary adjustments
Required qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) years of medical coding experience
- Minimum three (3) years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight (8) years of experience in health care compliance or related areas
- Certified Coding Specialist or equivalent certification from recognized organizations
