Job Summary
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, the full-time hourly California Licensed Compliance Coordinator will manage private investigator licenses, monitor expiration dates, and oversee compliance documentation while working in a hybrid environment based in Irvine, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of private investigator licenses and monitor expiration dates for timely renewals
- Oversee the licensing process for the company's private investigation agency and complete necessary audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to track employee driver's licenses and auto insurance coverage, ensuring compliance with company requirements
Required qualifications
- Two years of experience in compliance, preferably related to private investigator licensing and driver compliance
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail
