California Licensed Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance & Privacy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with the company's Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and related policies
• Manage the disclosure of detected or suspected non-compliance matters, including investigations and corrective actions
• Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of healthcare management experience with knowledge of federal healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance
• Leadership and management experience, including creating compliance education materials
• Meaningful project and people management experience
• Skilled in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software
