Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the product compliance review process by identifying regulatory considerations and required controls related to annuity products
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across various teams to ensure coordinated compliance support for product initiatives
• Represent Product Compliance on cross-functional product working groups and coordinate on compliance initiatives and updates

Qualifications and Skill Sets Required

• Bachelor's degree or advanced financial services industry experience required
• Ability to think strategically while managing detailed execution across multiple product initiatives
• Quick learner with the ability to understand product structures and regulatory considerations efficiently
• Strong judgment with the ability to identify compliant, practical solutions that support business objectives
• Experience with annuity products and familiarity with regulatory rules is a plus but not required
