Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join their Brokerage Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review real estate transaction files for compliance with state regulations
• Verify completeness and accuracy of required documents and communicate with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Brokers and Transactions team to resolve issues and maintain compliance records

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. real estate regulatory requirements
• 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions, compliance, or related operations
• Active real estate license in good standing preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred
