Job Summary
Leading the enterprise-wide Compliance Program, the full-time California Licensed Compliance VP will design and enhance compliance strategies, provide regulatory guidance to executive leadership, and drive compliance monitoring and reporting, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive, risk-based Compliance Program aligned with CMS and state requirements
- Provide strategic regulatory guidance to senior management, translating complex requirements into actionable business strategies
- Oversee compliance monitoring and auditing plans, ensuring data-driven insights and executive-level reporting
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of significant MAO Compliance leadership experience interfacing with CMS and state regulators
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, Business, Public Health, or a related field
- Experience in a complex, fast-scaling enterprise health plan or value-based care organization
- Advanced degree or equivalent graduate-level education in a compliance-adjacent discipline preferred
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance relevant to Medicare Advantage healthcare operations
