Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney to manage potential conflicts of interest in a temporary remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Advise partners and the conflicts team on identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney in a law firm
Licensed to practice in California or Washington, DC
Working knowledge of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct
Experience working with all levels of law firm staff
