Job Summary

To support a prestigious law firm, the full-time California Licensed Conflicts Attorney will analyze potential conflicts of interest, review conflict reports, and provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze potential conflicts of interest related to new business intake and lateral attorney hires
• Review conflict reports and conduct detailed research to identify legal and business conflicts
• Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to facilitate conflict clearance and draft necessary documentation

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing
• Prior experience handling conflicts analysis within a law firm environment
• Strong understanding of professional responsibility rules and ethical obligations governing conflicts of interest
• Experience reviewing new business intake requests and conflict waivers
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information independently in a remote setting
