Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Construction Defect Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense).

Key Responsibilities

• Defend construction defect matters for developers, builders, subcontractors, and related parties
• Draft and argue motions, manage written discovery, and take and defend depositions
• Support mediations and settlement strategy, coordinating with experts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Construction defect defense experience
• Bonus: experience in rideshare defense, personal injury defense, or general liability defense
• Strong legal writing and organization skills
