Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from design to completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experienced in residential construction project management, including sitework and home construction
• Proficient in project management tools such as Google Workspace, Smartsheet, or Procore
• Budget-conscious with experience in project accounting and cost control
• Previous experience in prefab, modular, or manufactured housing is a plus but not required
