Job Summary

Leading the Global Contracts Team, the full-time California Licensed Contract Manager will execute a portfolio of agreement models for Google's Global Data Center program, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners while ensuring alignment with corporate risk standards in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a portfolio of agreement models for the Global Data Center program
• Influence contracting model development based on project-specific nuances
• Partner with Construction and Design teams to manage the agreement review and execution lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of technical program management experience on cross-functional programs
• 8 years of experience with international construction, law, or commercial strategy
• 5 years of in-house legal counsel experience in a construction organization
• 5 years of experience in data center construction or related industries
