California Licensed Contract Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a prestigious law firm, the temporary-to-hire California Licensed Contract Paralegal will independently manage corporate transactions, compliance projects, and entity formations in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and maintain capitalization tables and stock ledgers using specialized software
• Organize and file corporate legal documents for major transactions, including Articles of Incorporation and merger documents
• Prepare and execute Section 16 filings and conduct comprehensive Blue Sky research and filings

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience specializing in corporate law
• Direct experience with equity management tools like Carta and Pulley
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of data and operate with a high level of autonomy
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate; California Paralegal Requirements must be met
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-profile client interactions
