Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Attorney to support their legal team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement-focused contracts, including professional services agreements
• Support technology-related contracts, including software licensing agreements
• Assist with board support and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with public entity requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership
• 5+ years of legal experience
• Strong experience with contracts, particularly in procurement and professional services
• Experience supporting technology-driven agreements
• Experience in a public entity or education setting is highly preferred
