Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all tax filings and IRS correspondence
• Oversee accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial infrastructure for scaling

Required Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification
• 5-7 years of progressive US accounting experience
• Experience as the sole finance lead in a company
• Familiarity with US GAAP
• Ability to work 4-5 hours overlapping with Pacific Time
