Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Attorney to work remotely in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, document, and manage various transactions
• Provide strategic business and legal advice to clients on general legal matters
• Advise clients on legal rights, contractual responsibilities, and changes in law related to employment

Required Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic performance and membership in good standing with the New York bar (California bar also desired)
• 5+ years of transactional corporate law experience
• Experience with intellectual property rights, risk mitigation, and contract drafting
• Expertise in corporate formation, start-up activities, and negotiations
• Knowledge of financing, indemnification, restructuring, and fundraising
