Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in M&A, venture capital, and complex corporate governance, preferably at an AmLaw 200 firm
• Proven ability to manage 15-20 matters and team members concurrently
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding professional references
