California Licensed Corporate Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated California Licensed Corporate Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage SEC filings, corporate governance matters, and provide legal support for equity compensation programs and transactional corporate matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Support SEC filings and compliance with corporate regulatory requirements
• Assist with corporate governance, including Board and Committee support
• Provide legal advice on equity compensation programs and corporate transactions

Required qualifications:

• JD and active license to practice law in California
• At least two years of relevant corporate experience at a top-tier law firm
• Knowledge of public company reporting requirements
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
