California Licensed Corporate Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Corporate Attorney, the full-time remote Assistant General Counsel will manage executive compensation matters, provide legal support for capital markets activities, and ensure compliance with U.S. securities law and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising on executive compensation and supporting the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
• Providing legal support for capital markets activities, including share repurchase programs and debt/equity offerings
• Leading U.S. securities law compliance and public company disclosure, partnering with various internal teams

Required qualifications:

• JD and active license to practice (U.S.)
• At least seven years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Substantial corporate and securities experience supporting a public company
• Deep knowledge of public company reporting requirements, particularly executive compensation disclosures
• Experience supporting capital markets transactions in a public company environment
