Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to technology and data in the healthcare sector
• Provide legal advice on healthcare regulations and support product and business teams with legal guidance
• Develop contract templates and assist in compliance efforts related to data privacy and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong experience with healthcare technology contracts and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA
• Familiarity with privacy laws such as CCPA and GDPR
• Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or health tech company is preferred
